I would start by simply saying that I keep it real & I keep it simple. Change does not need be to complicated. Change needs to be achievable. It needs to be totally ‘doable’ and I make it just that!

I make no judgement on anyone’s current circumstances or past history. Everyone has their own unique path through life. No lectures, no jargon – just education

No pressures, I work at your pace. Realistic weekly or bi-weekly goals. Structured around your schedules & committments.

I have my own health story – I am fully recovered from breast cancer and feeling better than ever!

I spent many many years in a highly stressful, fast paced career with bundles of responsibilities & not enough hours in the day. I also had a young family to look after. Breast cancer came completely out of the blue and was my awakening to take my health seriously and start putting myself first. I retrained and now have a successful health & wellness coaching business which I absolutely love!
