engineer with almost 30 years experience in corporate businesses, manufacturing,
project management and working with business organisations. Setting up PCH
Business Support in 2016 to help small businesses to start and grow,
overwhelmed business leaders and larger organisations to grow and thrive.

Paul was Director of Investment for Swindon and also ran the Inward Investment service for SWLEP

Paul works closely with Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire Growth Hubs as a business advisor, he will be leading Oxfordshires business support response to Covid19. He is an Associate Director of Inspire as well as part of the Virtual Board service and is part of the Fearless Coaching programme coaching team.

Paul is also one of the founding Directors of UTC Swindon and currently Vice Chair of Governors
